AFC Liverpool’s vice captain says it is vital that they improve on their midweek point as they travel to Chadderton tomorrow.
The draw, against Charnock Richard on Tuesday, saw them pick up their first point since their 5-1 win against Isle of Man at home in September.
And Owen Fisher-Jones believes the point is vital for the team.
He said, “It was crucial to get a point on the board after being stuck in a rut for the last couple of weeks.

“I think the point will give the squad a lot of confidence moving forward.”
The Reds currently sit in the relegation zone in the North West Counties Premier Division, with just eight points to their name.
Fisher-Jones said: “It’s not a pretty sight to see in all honesty.
“The lads we have in the squad all have enough ability and quality to be nowhere near the relegation zone.
“I think once we find a bit of form and consistency, we will start to move away from it and move up the table.”
Despite sitting next to bottom of the table, the defender believes new signings Andrew Starkey and Mark Madden will help Phil Stafford’s side get back to winning ways.

Both are returning to the club, having played under Stafford before.
He said: “Both of the lads bring a lot of quality.”
They were both involved in the goals on Tuesday. Starkey assisted the first goal, and Madden got the last-minute equaliser.
Fisher-Jones said: “I think everyone is going into the game excited because the last game has given us a lot more confidence to go and build on the point from Tuesday that we got through the late goal from Mark (Madden).’
The Reds’ opponents this Saturday, Chadderton, sit eighth in the table, having won four of their last five games.
But the acting captain, who is in place of injured skipper Adam Moorcroft, has full belief in his front three when it comes to providing goals.
He said: “Through our attacking players such as Caleb Jones, Elliot Taylor and Joel Skillen, we saw last year and the start of this year how dangerous they can be scoring and providing goals.
“Joel can quite literally make something happen out of nothing, if they all start to click together, it will cause any team's defence a lot of problems during the match.
“We have so much quality and ability in the squad, we should have confidence in ourselves to go match teams that are pushing for playoffs.
“On our day, I know we can take points off any team in this league.”
