Adam Moorcroft made his 50th appearance for The Non-League Reds in the recent 5-3 victory, at home to Squires Gate.
Adam made his debut for the Club on the opening day of last season away at Kendal and went on to make a total of 45 appearances, which was more than anyone else in the squad. He also chipped in with 9 goals (including a header from about 45 yards!) and has already added 2 more this season, including a great finish to mark his 50th appearance.
Adam is a big favourite of the fans, who have a couple of interesting songs for him and he was voted Supporters' Player of The Year last season. Adam puts all his success down to his love of Quavers and he was pleased to have reached the 50 game milestone. He told us, "I'm happy with the 50th appearance and it was great to get the goal tonight. Hopefully I can keep pushing on towards the 100 now and at least get past Staffo!"
Well done Adam and here's to many more appearance for The Non-League Reds.
